Given its widening sphere of influence at both ends of the labor market, the sources and users of manpower, DEEPSAI worked out the procedures for its DEEPSAI-ERA. DEEPSAI endorses interested applicants to the Partner Employer (PE) in search of manpower to fill up available positions. DEEPSAI renders pre-screening and forwards those it had pre-screened to the potential employer for final qualification and selection. Tied up with this service offer is the FAST facility to address the need for competency interventions, provided there is already the assurance of employment.
